World Solar Challenge - Kelly

Do you enjoy alternate energy forms?

Join us in the 2009 World Solar Challenge traveling from Darwin to Adelaide with a team of predominantly secondary school students. Energy Education Australia has been asked to manage TAFE SA's solar car Kelly in the Adventure Class of the challenge leaving Darwin, Northern Territory on Sunday 25th October 2009.
Several schools have already indicated their interest in offering their students the chance to be part of this experience. Participants have the opportunity to include the learning that the Solar Challenge offers as part of their Stage 1 and 2 SACE, as well as use their hands on experience as part of a Vocational Education Training Pathway (VET) organised through TAFE SA.
