An exhibition of traditional and emerging forms of energy. This fair aims to present to our youth and their parents the many ways of utilizing our energy resources in a more positive manner.

The Energy Fair is a joint event between the City of Victor Harbor (South Australia) and Energy Education Australia Inc.

Energy Education Australia’s members are keen to speak with interested individuals, associations, corporations, government departments and educational bodies etc that have an interest in sustainable and alternative energy. Static displays will be available for hands on or promotional material that will be housed under canvas on lawn between the Crown Hotel and the Granite Island causeway.

Our static display thrust is to show students and their parents that mathematics, science, engineering and technology are subjects that should not be dismissed in any selection of future study. They are in fact prerequisites for many careers and tertiary study with many entry requirements at tertiary level relying on satisfactory completion at school for Tafe and University courses as well as many careers in mining etc where hands on learning builds on previous school based scientific / technological knowledge.

Educational Institutions, whether Schools, Tafe Institutions, Universities, Registered Training Organisations, or Corporations and Individuals are invited to register their interest.
