Hyfleet Cute Global Hydrogen Research - ecobus

Hydrogen bus testing continues around the world, while Perth Australia concludes its research.

Nine countries around the world are participating in a world first using hydrogen as a fuel for major transportation. Research by several bus manufacturers, governments, universities and countries have fostered the possibility of hydrogen being an economical fuel for the future. Australia's part of the trial known as Perth Fuel Bus Trial and Transport Sustainability was coordinated by the Western Australia's Department for Planning and Infrastructure in conjunction with Murdoch University, Daimler Chrysler (owners of Mercedes Benz) and Perth Bus Transport. An agreement was reached with BP Australia for supplying hydrogen for the three test buses.
